Susanne Dohrn
CEO
I have been at home in international executive search for more than 20 years. In 2009, I founded my first executive search firm, which I have successfully managed ever since. From the beginning, I specialized in the professional service industry. Since then I have supported numerous consultants in their next career step. I am driven by my curiosity for people and my ambition to deepen my expertise in the professional services industry in order to provide comprehensive advice to my candidates.
My goal is to inspire both clients and talents and to get the best out of them. As a team leader, I have the responsibility to oversee our in-house executive recruiting team to ensure continuous compliance with our standards.

I joined Dohrn Consultants over five years ago, and since then my passion for recruiting has only deepened. With our wonderful team, I always enjoy bringing together the best people and the best companies. Seeing projects through from start to finish gives me the opportunity to get to know our clients individually and develop a suitable strategy to find the right talent.

I joined Dohrn Consultants in 2019 and am currently a researcher responsible for our top talent. I identify the right candidates for our clients. In doing so, it is my ambition to understand the interests, goals and wishes of the clients as well as those of the candidates and to link them in the best possible way.

Head of Motivation
As the leader of our motivation team, I provide variety and good humor in the workplace. My work is essential for the team spirit. I actively support the health of our employees with daily walks and cuddles. Treats are at the top of my to-do list.

Research
I have been working for Dohrn Consultants since 2015 and since then I have helped candidates all over the world succeed with my international expertise. I have benefited from my extensive language skills in my endeavors. As an expert in the challange of international searches, authenticity and accountability in recruitment are particularly close to my heart.

Head of Marketing
As the head of our marketing department, my passion is to bring to life not only the stories of our employees, but also of our clients and candidates, and to put the spot light on the things that really matter to us every day. At Dohrn Consultants, since 2021, I have been able to bring my creativity and passion to bear every day with new projects as head of the marketing team.
